Balgeddie House Hotel The hotel features 33 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The Spencer Nairn suite with panoramic views over the Fife country side, with contemporary furnishings and spacious bathrooms. All rooms have, LCD TV with Freeview and Free Wi-Fi access, Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Some rooms can be adapted for Families - e.g. Cots and extra beds.
We have 3 Garden Rooms which are spacious rooms with patio doors to the garden. Although the bedrooms are attached to the main hotel, the guest entrance is separate to the hotel. Each room can accommodate extra guests with the largest room able to accommodate a maximum of 5 persons.

We have Deluxe Rooms that are traditional and in keeping with the Historic Building that we are, located on the First Floor of the Main Hotel with most having views over the Lawns and Garden.
We also have newer Leisure Deluxe accommodation with lift access, more modern furnishings.
One room is a accessible bedroom with wet room, and alarm cords connected to the 24 hour reception.
