All customers can book at our Best Available Bed and Breakfast Rate, this rate is based on room availability and or demand. This rate will fluctuate for any given date. For the cheapest rate booking early will generally secure a cheaper rate. Last minute rates may also offer exceptional value.

Cancellations must be made direct with the hotel. Our Rooms

The hotel features 19 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities and 2 Suites. The Spencer Nairn suite with panoramic views over the Fife country side The Crombie Suite with contemporary furnishings and spacious bathroom. All rooms have free WiFi access, direct dial phones, LCD TV with FreeView and Free WiFi access. Adaptability for Families - Cots and extra beds
